Our systems are designed to automatically refund any duplicate payments that we receive. You can expect the payment to be returned to your account in 7 - 10 working days.  

 

You can log in to the Personal finance section of your myACCA account to view your balance and recent transactions.   

 

If the refund doesn't show after 10 days, please notify us via the the Open a new case button below and we'll investigate. You'll need to upload a copy of the card statement and provide the first four and last four digits of the card number used.
